Małgorzata is an experienced leader and sustainability practitioner. She supports companies of various sizes in gaining a competitive edge and increasing business value through the development and implementation of strategies. Małgorzata has over 25 years of business experience in global corporations across different industries, having served as CEO and board member in areas such as procurement, logistics, and sales.
Her journey in sustainability began in 2007, when she joined global Mars teams working on the creation and implementation of the “Sustainable in a Generation” strategy. She was responsible for rolling out this strategy in Central Europe and led the global team responsible for sustainable procurement and the palm oil supply chain.
These efforts led to numerous partnerships and collaborations with organizations and associations dedicated to sustainable development, as well as access to best practices and innovations in the field. Małgorzata has been investing in her sustainability education for years. She stays up to date with all global and European initiatives and new regulations, and participates in programs organized by leading institutions such as Schumacher College and MIT. She applies this knowledge in her work with businesses and shares it through training programs and lectures.
In her ESG projects, Małgorzata leads the process of strategy creation and its cascading to functional areas, supervises the project team, and supports implementation processes within her areas of expertise.
